Logging In

In the User id field, type your CLEAR Net user-id (the first part of your email address before @clear.net.nz) or if you have a domain with CLEAR Net, prefix/user-id e.g. abc/user-id.   WebMail will not work for CLEAR Net Mailbagging customers (Please check with your IT Admin if you think you have Mailbagging)   Next type in your password in the Password field. Then click LOGIN or press Enter.     If you are a first time user of CLEAR Net WebMail, you will be presented with the Configuration Options screen as shown below:   Your Name - In this field, type your name in. This is the name that your recipients will see in the From field when you send them mail. Email - This field will be pre populated with your CLEAR Net email address. Once you have finished configuring this, click on the Save icon. Please note that these setting can be changed in the Options.
